You are cordially invited to attend the 2nd Catalyzer meeting of ASPEL in the UK.

The objectives of the “Catalysers” are to provide the opportunity to:

Expand the collective intellectual and social capital amongst Learning Professionals, thus providing benefit to the wider community.

On this occasion,Uwe Napiersky and Bente Thomassen, Client Directors at Mannaz UK, will be presenting the research undertaken on 'Innovations in Leadership Development'. Over 100 organizations responded to a number of key questions relating to how they developed their talent pipeline and what methodologies they used to prepare their future leaders.
